Job summary

Arpio, Inc. is seeking a Pre-Sales Solutions Architect for AWS to join our Go-to-Market team. You will blend technical depth with sales acumen to drive POC engagements and prove the value of Arpio’s cloud resiliency platform for AWS environments.

You will work with the sales team, product, and engineering to translate complex requirements into compelling business cases while delivering end-to-end demos and POCs. This role offers remote work within the US or hybrid work in Durham, NC.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical sales within B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and cloud architectures.
• Ability to lead technical evaluations and POC engagements from scoping to completion.
• Strong written and verbal communication with technical and executive buyers.
• Willingness to travel regionally to client sites and engage with partners.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to regional sales, POC, and GTM strategy with New Logo and Strategic Growth AEs.
• Lead product demonstrations and POC engagements end-to-end tailored to each prospect's AWS environment.
• Respond to RFPs, security questionnaires, and enterprise procurement documents with accuracy and speed.
• Develop and maintain relationships with AWS and Azure field teams to support co-sell motions.
• Travel regionally to client sites as required.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and internal stakeholders across product, marketing, and customer success.
• Provide feedback to product and engineering; help shape the SE playbook for future hires.
• Be a reliable team member, offering coverage and support to customers and peers.
