This role focuses on driving customer success with enterprise accounts in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have strong experience in technical, customer-facing CS or AM roles and deep knowledge of cloud platforms, networking, and complex implementations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical, customer-facing Customer Success or Account Management.
• Strong understanding of AWS/Azure, cloud computing, and networking technologies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted partner to enterprise customers throughout their lifecycle.
• Track customer goals and health, partnering with a Solution Engineer on complex implementations.
