NeuraFlash is seeking a Sr. AWS Consultant to support customers in adopting Amazon Connect solutions. You will conduct technology assessments, educate clients about AWS, and facilitate business process reviews. An ideal candidate should have expertise in integrations across WFM, CRM, contact centers, and possess strong communication skills. Qualifications

• Experience in technology/software sales, pre-sales, or consulting.
• Experience with hands-on scripting/coding (e.g., Python, Java, C#, .NET, Node.js).
• Advanced knowledge of AWS services and cloud architecture.

Responsibilities

• Support customers in the adoption of Amazon Connect solutions.
• Conduct technology assessments and audits.
• Educate customers on the value proposition of AWS.

Skills

Experience building integrations across WFM, CRM, and contact centre solutions

Experience with communications protocols and APIs such as WebRTC and SIP

Hands-on scripting/coding (e.g., Python, Java, C#, .NET, Node.js)

Communication and presentation skills

Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills

Experience with CloudFormation, Contact Flow Design

Knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD)

Contact centre architecture knowledge

Experience in technology/software sales, pre-sales, or consulting

Advanced knowledge of AWS services and cloud architecture

Salesforce knowledge and familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud

Contact centre product knowledge of platforms (Genesys, Cisco, etc.)

Experience with Workforce Management solutions

Experience working with outbound dialers and campaign management

Knowledge of software development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum

AWS Developer Associate Certification or Professional

AWS Solutions Architect Certification or Professional
