Job summary

Modivcare seeks a Senior Engineer - AWS Connect to own the IVA and its contact-center capabilities, building and maintaining Amazon Connect flows, prompts, routing, and security configurations.

Collaborate with product, operations, and security teams to translate service needs into technical requirements, implement durable improvements, and lead production issue resolution with strong engineering discipline.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software, cloud, contact-center, or platform engineering experience.
• 2+ years delivering and supporting Amazon Connect solutions in a production environment.
• Experience with Lambda, AWS, and conversational AI (Amazon Lex or similar).

Responsibilities

• Own the design, configuration, and enhancement of Amazon Connect for IVA.
• Develop integrations between Amazon Connect, IVA, and enterprise systems.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Improve observability, security, and documentation.
