Job summary

TechPerm Incorporated seeks an experienced Amazon Connect Developer to design, implement, and optimize AWS Connect solutions for SSA modernization. The role will work with business owners and engineering teams to deliver secure, compliant contact-center capabilities.

Required are 7+ years in enterprise environments, 3+ years with Amazon Connect, and strong skills in Node.js, Python, or Java, with on-site work in Woodlawn, MD. Candidates must obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field.
• 7+ years in enterprise environments; 3+ years with Amazon Connect.
• 7+ years with AWS Cloud, and 3+ years building Connect-based solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and deploy Amazon Connect capabilities for SSA processes.
• Develop and modify policies, access controls, and interfaces within AWS Connect.
• Build IVR, call routing, messaging, and automated workflows.
• Analyze operations and recommend process and tech improvements.
• Support ongoing maintenance ensuring stability with new requirements.
• Gather requirements from SSA stakeholders and produce clear docs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet SSA standards and governance.
• Perform additional duties to support SSA mission objectives.
