Job summary

AHU Technologies seeks an AWS Connect Specialist to design, implement, and maintain a district-focused cloud contact center. You will build contact flows, integrate chatbots, and ensure KPI reporting across Connect and QuickSight.

This contract role supports outbound campaigns, security, and compliance in alignment with government requirements. The ideal candidate has 3+ years with Amazon Connect, AWS CI/CD experience, and strong collaboration with IT and security teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Amazon Connect experience for 3+ years.
• AWS CI/CD experience to deploy and customize Connect services.
• AWS certifications (Solutions Architect/Developer) preferred.
• Experience with Lambda, DynamoDB, S3 integration for contact centers.
• Strong CX strategies and VoIP knowledge across cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain AWS Connect-based contact center solutions.
• Create and optimize contact flows and routing using Connect.
• Develop dashboards and reports in Connect and QuickSight for KPI management.
• Configure outbound campaigns and surveys within Amazon Connect.
• Integrate AWS Connect with CRMs using Lambda and other services.
• Ensure security/compliance with district policies and change control.
