Info Origin Inc. is seeking an experienced Amazon Connect Developer in the United States. The role requires strong AWS Cloud and Contact Center development experience to design, build, and optimize connect-driven contact flows.

You will work with Lambda, Lex, DynamoDB and other AWS services to implement IVR and skill-based routing, plus explore conversational AI and chatbots. This on-site position in Woodlawn, MD offers competitive hourly pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

7+ years of AWS Cloud / Enterprise experience.
3+ years hands-on Amazon Connect experience.
Strong experience with IVR, ACD, Call Routing & Skill-Based Routing.
Development experience with Node.js, Python, or Java.
AWS services such as Lambda, Lex, DynamoDB, Kinesis, SNS, EventBridge.
Experience with Chatbots, NLP, or Conversational AI preferred.
Federal Government experience is preferred.
