Job summary

Infosys is a global leader delivering AI-powered digital services. We seek an AWS Cloud Engineer to lead incident management for a major financial services client.

You will act as the command center for production incidents in a 24/7/365 environment, driving resolutions and coordinating across engineering teams. You will troubleshoot with monitoring and analytics tools, conduct large bridge calls, and perform RCA with a focus on permanent improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in incident management for enterprise environments.
• Ability to lead high-priority incidents and coordinate cross-team response.
• Proven RCA and post-incident learning implementation experience.
• Strong monitoring, observability, and event correlation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead incident management for a leading client in the financial services sector in a 24/7/365 environment.
• Drive high-priority incidents to resolution and lead large technical bridge calls.
• Partner with engineering teams on root cause analysis and operational improvements.
• Troubleshoot and identify root causes using monitoring, APM, and analytics tools; implement fixes or workarounds.
• Run incident and technical follow-up calls with 20–100 participants, guiding teams and providing clear troubleshooting steps.
• Act as primary contact for management and stakeholders with timely status updates.
• Collaborate with COE on RCA documentation and lessons learned.
