Infosys is seeking an Infrastructure Consultant 2 in the United States to join the Delivery team. You will work with client and internal teams to resolve complex incidents, assess infrastructure, and design scalable IT solutions across on‑prem and AWS hybrid environments.

You will lead critical releases, implement security controls and automation, and coordinate with onsite/offshore teams and vendors to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.
• Experience implementing and overseeing enterprise IT systems and services.
• Ability to lead critical incidents and releases, including vendor coordination.
• Strong observability, automation, and dashboards development experience.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with internal and client teams to resolve incidents and document findings.
• Evaluate client IT infrastructure and prepare assessment reports.
• Design scalable, cost-effective infrastructure solutions across on‑prem and AWS hybrid environments.
• Coordinate deployments, release schedules, and post‑deployment testing.
• Coordinate maintenance, upgrades, and continuity plans with cross‑functional teams.
• Develop dashboards and automation to improve observability and uptime.
• Act as liaison with onsite, offshore, and vendor teams to document requirements.
• Build a centralized knowledge repository from project insights.
