Qualifikationen

• Lead incident management for financial services client in 24/7/365 ops.
• Drive high-priority incidents to resolution and coordinate cross-team efforts.
• Understand application/infrastructure monitoring and RCA processes.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with client and internal teams to resolve complex incidents and document findings.
• Evaluate client IT infrastructure, prepare assessment reports, and support due diligence.
• Design scalable, cost-effective IT infrastructure solutions and create technical docs.
• Align release schedules, execute deployments, and perform post-deployment testing.
• Coordinate maintenance, fixes, and upgrades ensuring uninterrupted integration.
• Analyze performance data and support capacity planning for optimization.
• Conduct security checks, recovery drills, and compliance audits.
