Job summary

Axos Bank seeks an AVP of Technical Delivery to translate enterprise objectives into delivery roadmaps and timelines, leading Technical Delivery Managers and Scrum Masters to ensure predictable execution and quality across multiple projects.

The role oversees SDLC, delivery frameworks, and data-driven metrics, with strong collaboration across Product, Engineering, QA, and Infra to align commitments and outcomes. Onsite reporting across Axos locations nationwide is expected.

Qualifications

5+ years’ experience managing people across multiple projects.
Strong leadership in technical delivery/program execution.
Deep knowledge of SDLC and agile/hybrid models.
Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication.
Data-driven delivery management with KPIs/throughput metrics.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery strategy, governance, and outcomes across a portfolio of concurrent technology initiatives.
Translate enterprise objectives into executable roadmaps, timelines, and milestones across workstreams.
Lead portfolio intake, prioritization, and removal of delivery friction early.
Institutionalize standardized SDLC and delivery frameworks at scale with quality gates.
Provide executive-ready reporting on health, risks, and blockers; mentor TDMs.
