CVS Health Corporation is seeking a seasoned security leader to serve as Associate Vice President of Platform Security, overseeing strategy for cloud, container, and AI security across CVS Health's technology estate.

The role leads a team of security engineers and architects, partnering with technology, IAM, Cyber Defense, Data Protection, Legal, and business leadership to balance risk reduction with engineering velocity.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in information security, cybersecurity engineering, cloud security, or related leadership.
• 5+ years of senior leadership building and scaling cross-functional security teams in large enterprises.
• Deep technical expertise in cloud security architecture and operations across major cloud platforms.
• Strong knowledge of container and Kubernetes security, including image scanning and runtime controls.
• Experience defining technical security standards, reference architectures, and engineering guardrails.

Responsabilités

• Define and own the enterprise platform security strategy, roadmap, and policy framework for cloud, container, and AI security.
• Lead Cloud/Container/AI security engineering, including strategy, architecture, and operational standards.
• Establish and scale the AI Security operating model with governance and incident readiness.
• Define AI security standards, gates, and controls for model/inference environments.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, Privacy, and Business leaders to ensure regulatory alignment and risk management.
