CVS Health is seeking an Associate Vice President of Platform Security to define enterprise security strategy for cloud, container, and AI platforms. You will lead a diverse team of security engineers and architects, partnering with technology, IAM, data protection, and compliance to embed security into platform design and operations.

This role drives governance, risk reduction, and automation, establishing AI security standards, gateway guardrails, and incident readiness.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of information security leadership in large enterprises.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional security engineering teams.
• Deep cloud security architecture and operations knowledge.
• Experience with AI governance, model risk, and agentic security.
• Strong stakeholder communication to executives.

Responsibilities

• Define the enterprise platform security strategy and roadmap.
• Lead AI security operating model and standards.
• Oversee Cloud, Container, and AI security engineering teams.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, Privacy and Procurement.
• Provide executive risk reporting and dashboards.
