Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Distinguished Engineer to serve as a technical authority for AI security and related infrastructure security. The role emphasizes hands-on engineering, building reusable security patterns and proof‑of‑concepts for AI systems and platforms, while guiding governance and enterprise standards.

You will embed security across the AI lifecycle, from data and model development through deployment and operations, shaping enterprise strategy and standards.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of AI experience in technical or architectural roles.
• 5+ years defining security standards aligned to NIST CSF.
• Deep knowledge of AI security concepts (adversarial ML, secure deployment, risk management).
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Cybersecurity; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive enterprise AI security strategy and governance.
• Design and maintain reusable AI security frameworks and standards.
• Conduct hands-on security assessments of AI systems and provide mitigations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed security into AI lifecycles.
