The role requires guiding large cross-functional teams, partnering with executive leadership, and delivering measurable improvements in client satisfaction and financial performance, with weekly travel Monday through Thursday.

Responsibilities

• Provides vision, leadership and operational oversight for all Patient Access functions and Senior Access leaders across the organization.
• Actively leads and/or participates in modernizing Patient Access with goals, metrics, action plans and new technologies.
• Establishes strong communication to promote engagement, staff development and effective recruitment/retention.
