Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners seeks an AVP, Patient Access to provide strategic oversight across client partnerships. This role leads patient access assessments, implementations, virtual registration, and client support, ensuring adoption of strategies and financial performance.

The position requires strong leadership across diverse teams, cross-functional collaboration, and an ability to drive transformation while maintaining compliance and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of Revenue Cycle, Patient Access or Pre Access experience in a hospital or large health system.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience managing multiple, geographically dispersed health systems; acute experience preferred.
• Demonstrated experience implementing strategic initiatives and aligning goals with execution.
• Demonstrated advanced usage of AI and translating AI into business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide vision, leadership and operational oversight for all Patient Access functions.
• Lead modernization efforts for Patient Access and track/ report metrics.
• Develop action plans, policies, and communication tools for staff and clients.
• Manage staff levels, compensation, and recruitment/ retention.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and budget/resource planning.
• Travel within assigned markets weekly.
