Job summary

Selective Insurance Company of America seeks an experienced Senior Territory Manager to oversee AMS territories, develop agency partnerships, and train AMS staff to achieve profitable growth. You will collaborate with underwriting, marketing, and field operations to meet regional goals while ensuring compliance with guidelines.

Travel within the territory is required (approximately 20–50%), and you will lead initiatives to improve service standards, leverage technology, and drive market share

Qualifications

• College degree with 6 years of Commercial Underwriting, Agency Management and Marketing experience.
• Preferred: 3 years supervisory experience.
• Must have valid state-issued driver's license and be able to drive an automobile.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, coach, and monitor AMS activities to drive profitability.
• Ensure adherence to underwriting guidelines and provide guidance to AMS/Agent.
• Collaborate with field operations to achieve regional financial goals.
• Establish procedures to meet service standards for AMS staff.
• Oversee workflows and productivity to meet standards.
