Responsibilities include collaborating with the field operations manager, achieving regional financial goals, and guiding strategies on market share and product marketing. Travel is 20–50% within territory.

Qualifications

• College degree with 6 years of Commercial Underwriting, Agency Management and Marketing experience.
• Valid state driver's license and ability to drive an automobile.
• Preferred: 3 years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Promotes profitable business by supervising, coaching, and monitoring AMS activities.
• Monitors adherence to underwriting guidelines and guides AMS/Agent.
• Works with field operations manager to achieve regional financial goals.
• Establishes procedures and controls to ensure service standards with AMS staff.
• Oversees activities, workflows, and productivity to ensure compliance with standards.
• Promotes the use of technology to improve efficiency, productivity, and service.
• Identifies field weaknesses and implements improvement plans for AMS staff.
