Job summary

NFP, an Aon company, seeks an Assistant Vice President, Account Management, a senior client service professional who blends advanced insurance expertise with team leadership. Serving within the Private Client Group, this AVP handles sophisticated client relationships and provides strategic guidance on coverage and market solutions.

The AVP partners with regional leadership to ensure exceptional service delivery, operational efficiency, and a consistent client experience.

Qualifications

• BA/BS preferred or equivalent experience considered.
• 10+ years industry and product line experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with sophisticated and large clients.
• Act as the subject matter expert on Property & Casualty and carrier products and services.
• May lead an account team.
• Work with Senior Leadership to develop regional client deliverables and ensure accuracy.
• Attend renewal and strategy meetings with high profile clients and manage team workload.
