The AVP partners with regional leadership to ensure exceptional service, operational efficiency, and a consistent client experience across the organization; strong communication, negotiation, and leadership

Qualifications

• BA/BS preferred or equivalent experience.
• More than 10 years industry and product line experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with sophisticated and large clients; Act as the subject matter expert on Property & Casualty and carrier products and services
• May lead an account team
• Maintains solid relationships with clients and carrier sales representatives to include negotiation
• Work with Senior Leadership team and local office(s) to develop regional client deliverables and ensure they're complete, accurate and conform to NFP standards.
• Attend renewal and strategy meetings with high profile or sophisticated clients. Develop team structure and manage team workload to settle capacity to take on new clients
