Job summary

NFP, an Aon company, is a leading advisory firm offering risk, wealth, and retirement solutions. The Assistant Vice President, Account Management leads sophisticated client relationships and provides strategic guidance on coverage and market solutions within the Private Client Group.

The AVP partners with regional leadership to ensure exceptional service delivery, efficiency, and a consistent client experience across the organization.

Qualifications

• BA/BS preferred or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years industry and product line experience.
• Property & Casualty Broker's License required.
• CPCU or other P&C designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with sophisticated and large clients; act as SME on Property & Casualty products and services.
• May lead an account team and coordinate with leadership to deliver regional client services.
• Maintain relationships with clients and carrier reps, including negotiation.
• Collaborate with Senior Leadership to ensure complete, accurate regional client deliverables.
• Attend renewal and strategy meetings with high-profile clients; shape team structure and workload to accommodate new clients.
