Job summary

NFP, an Aon company, is seeking an Assistant Vice President, Account Management to lead sophisticated client relationships within the Private Client Group. You will combine advanced insurance expertise with team leadership to guide coverage and market solutions and support the performance of the account management team.

You will partner with regional leadership to ensure exceptional service, operational efficiency, and a consistent client experience across the organization, while guiding

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years industry and product line experience.
• Property & Casualty Broker's License required.
• CPCU or other P&C designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with sophisticated and large clients; act as the subject matter expert on Property & Casualty and carrier products and services.
• May lead an account team.
• Maintains solid relationships with clients and carrier sales representatives to include negotiation.
• Work with Senior Leadership team and local office(s) to develop regional client deliverables and ensure they're complete, accurate and conform to NFP standards.
• Attend renewal and strategy meetings with high profile or sophisticated clients; develop team structure and manage team workload to handle new clients.
