Job summary

NFP, an Aon company, seeks an AVP, Client Service Manager in Plainview, NY to lead strategic client relationships and service delivery for a select client group. This hybrid role emphasizes collaboration across Commercial P&C and internal teams to drive satisfaction, growth, and retention.

You will support Producers, guide renewal strategies, and manage executive-level engagements, while ensuring high-quality service and proactive issue resolution.

Qualifications

• BA/BS preferred; Master's degree desirable
• 8+ years industry experience in insurance or brokerage
• P&C broker's license preferred; CPCU or similar designation a plus
• Experience with agency management systems (EPIC) or CRM tools (Salesforce) advantageous

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic client leadership and relationship management across Advisors/Producers.
• Coordinate service delivery, renewal strategies, and cross-sell initiatives.
• Support Producers with prospecting, growth opportunities, and insights from servicing teams.
• Participate in executive-level client meetings and renewal strategy sessions.
• Mentor internal teams to promote best practices in client service and communication.
