Job summary

NFP, an Aon company, is seeking an AVP, Client Service Manager in a hybrid role from our Plainview, NY office. You will lead strategic client relationships, coordinate service activities across Commercial P&C, and support growth initiatives with Producers and servicing teams.

The role emphasizes strengthening client satisfaction, governance, and renewal strategies while collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and cross-sell opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead multi-line client relationships and drive service excellence.
• 8+ years of industry experience in retail brokerage or independent agencies preferred.
• License and advanced credentials in P&C required at hire.
• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree highly desirable in business, statistics, math/science.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the strategic relationship lead and primary coordinator across Advisors’ portfolio, ensuring alignment of client objectives, insurance strategy, and service delivery across all lines of business.
• Lead client planning discussions by identifying emerging risks, growth initiatives, organizational changes, and opportunities to strengthen program design and risk management strategies.
• Partner with Advisors to prepare for and participate in executive-level client meetings, renewal strategy sessions, and stewardship presentations.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of each client’s business and risk profile to proactively anticipate needs and recommend solutions.
• Support Producers with prospecting efforts, identify growth opportunities, and provide insights from servicing teams to strengthen client relationships.
