Job summary

Avoca is seeking an Implementation Manager to own post-sales onboarding, acting as a product expert, technical consultant, and project manager. You will guide integrations, AI prompting configurations, and product setup to ensure time-to-value and excellent client experiences.

This role is cross-functional, engaging with CS, Sales, Product, and Engineering while managing multiple implementations and traveling to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in B2B software implementations or similar roles.
• Fluency with APIs, webhooks, and integration patterns.
• Experience configuring prompting, workflows, and system integrations in AI/SaaS contexts.
• Strong project management across multiple software delivery projects for B2B clients.
• Clear, direct communicator for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Self-motivated in fast-moving, high-growth environments with end-to-end ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementations, owning project management, stakeholder communication, and client accountability from kickoff through go-live.
• Gather and document client business requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications.
• Configure and iterate on prompting and workflows to improve call handling quality and revenue impact.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to stay current on features and build repeatable playbooks.
• Design and deliver tailored training on Avoca products to drive adoption.
• Lead testing efforts including configuration QA and client testing coordination.
• Provide go-live support and transition clients to post-launch teams.
• Advocate for product improvements that matter to implementation clients.
• Travel to client sites as needed.
