Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking an AVP of System Operations to lead entertainment payroll and workforce management platforms within a PEO environment. You will oversee teams of specialists, set performance metrics, ensure testing and training, and partner with Technology, Compliance, and Legal to drive risk management and operational excellence.

The role requires strong leadership, deep payroll domain knowledge, and ability to scale services for production schedules and episodic employment

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of entertainment payroll and workforce operations.
• 5+ years in system operations or HR tech in high-volume settings.
• Proven leadership of managers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight for entertainment system operations and training.
• Define service levels, metrics, and scalable support models.
• Oversee payroll, timekeeping, onboarding, and workforce management platforms.
• Ensure SOPs, testing, and regulatory compliance across entertainment clients.
• Lead incident management, RCA, escalation, and release readiness.
