Vensure Employer Solutions seeks an Associate Vice President of System Operations to lead entertainment payroll and workforce management services within a PEO framework. You will oversee system support, testing, SOPs, and training across high-volume, time-sensitive clients.

You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to mitigate risk, ensure compliance, and drive scalable operations that align with production schedules and union/guild requirements.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years in system or payroll operations in high-volume environments.
• Experience leading managers and multi-tiered support teams.

Responsabilidades

• Provide executive oversight for entertainment system operations and payroll processing.
• Define service levels, KPIs, and scalable support models.
• Oversee SOPs, training, documentation, and compliance workflows.
• Lead testing strategies including UAT and regression testing before releases.
• Collaborate with Technology, Product, Compliance, Legal, and Client Services.
