Job summary

RTX, the world’s largest aerospace and defense company, seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer for the Avionics Test Engineering team. You will work on multi-rack automated test stations, integrating hardware and software to verify results, with travel and relocation eligibility.

Responsibilities include analyzing requirements, troubleshooting hardware designs, reviewing drawings, and managing hardware configurations across internal and external programs.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience.
• Design experience with circuit cards.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements for hardware design and develop test solutions to meet those requirements.
• Troubleshoot issues with hardware designs.
• Review existing hardware drawings and create new hardware documents.
• Integrate a full test solution and verify test results are accurate, repeatable, and reliable.
• Manage configuration for hardware and all related documentation.
