Job summary

RTX seeks an Electrical Engineer for the Test Solutions Engineering team in Tucson. You will design and integrate advanced test systems supporting our aerospace and defense products, working hands-on with cutting-edge equipment.

Responsibilities include developing interfaces, schematics, and validation tests while aligning with cost and schedule goals. A STEM degree in progress and security clearance eligibility are required for this onsite role.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor’s Degree in STEM fields.
• Experience with test and measurement equipment is preferred.
• Familiarity with basic electrical components and circuits.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate test products for complex systems within a multidisciplinary team.
• Create test interface adapters, cabling, schematics, and detailed circuit designs.
• Develop engineering and production test systems that align with cost and schedule goals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during development and implementation.
• Utilize oscilloscopes, network analyzers, and power meters for validation.
• Collaborate independently or as part of a team to resolve test product challenges.
