Job summary

RTX is seeking a hands-on engineer for lab and field testing to verify complex aerospace and defense systems. You will collect data, generate quick-look reports, and participate in multi-disciplinary fault isolation and corrective actions across subsystems and platform integration.

The role requires travel, extended hours, and the ability to obtain program access as needed. A BS in engineering with relevant radar/ComNav experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or related engineering discipline.
• Five+ years of technical/engineering experience.
• Experience with Radar, ComNav and Radar-related systems/equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform integration, verification and testing in lab or field to ensure system meets specifications.
• Collect data and provide quick-look reports of results.
• Work in multi-disciplinary teams on fault isolation, fault analysis and corrective actions.
• Support fault investigations across mechanical and electrical subsystems and system-level integration.
• Travel domestically, work extended hours under demanding conditions.
