Blue Origin LLC is seeking a Hardware Design Engineer to design, develop, and test spacecraft avionics hardware from component to integrated system. You will prototype, build harnesses, solder components, and test the hardware in lab environments.

The role collaborates with mechanical, thermal, software, and systems engineers to define vehicle architecture and ensure avionics integration meets mission requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of avionics and power hardware development experience in high-reliability domains.
• Hands-on experience wiring harnesses and prototype electronics.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test spacecraft avionics systems.
• Lead design and analysis of vehicle power generation, storage, regulation, and distribution.
• Perform fabrication, assembly, and testing of hardware, including harnesses and sensors.
