Adams Communication & Engineering Technology (ACET), Incorporated is seeking a Lead Electronics Technician to perform complex installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of wiring, avionics systems, and subsystems across aircraft platforms. The role requires interpreting manuals, blueprints, and schematics to deliver safe, compliant modifications and corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Advanced expertise in aircraft electrical/avionics systems and their maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Strong leadership to train lower-level technicians.

Responsibilities

• Perform Depot-level aircraft maintenance on electrical/avionics systems.
• Diagnose and repair complex discrepancies in avionics/electrical systems.
• Install, test, and repair radar, navigation, and missile control systems.
• Use schematics and drawings to guide repair and installation.
• Operate test instruments and discuss results with team.
• Provide guidance to junior technicians during maintenance efforts.
• Conduct quality and safety inspections and document maintenance.
• Prioritize workloads to meet project milestones and travel as required.
