Job summary

Adams Communication & Engineering Technology (ACET, Inc.) is seeking an Aircraft Mechanic III to perform advanced maintenance, repairs, and modifications on aircraft structures and engines. You will act as a senior technical resource, guiding lower-level technicians and collaborating with engineers and customers to solve complex challenges.

The role requires strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving, and adherence to safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of aircraft mechanical troubleshooting and repair procedures.
• Experience with sheet metal work and structural repairs.
• Ability to diagnose electrical systems and interpret technical data.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex-to-extreme repairs, overhauls, and modifications on aircraft structures, engines, flight controls, hydraulics, pneumatics, and fuel systems.
• Provide ongoing technical mentorship to lower-level technicians across maintenance and modification efforts.
• Deliver high-level technical support to engineers and customers to resolve operational challenges.
• Apply comprehensive airframe and powerplant knowledge to isolate malfunctions and restore systems.
• Interpret advanced blueprints and manufacturers' manuals; maintain logs and records.
