Job summary

Adams Communication & Engineering Technology (ACET) is seeking an Avionics Technician I to perform maintenance, integration, and repair on advanced military aircraft platforms. You will work with senior technicians to test and troubleshoot critical avionics systems in compliance with naval aviation standards.

The role requires 5+ years of avionics experience, ability to read manuals and wiring diagrams, and the potential to obtain a DoD Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of aviation avionics maintenance experience.
• Ability to read, interpret, and execute from technical manuals, wiring schematics, and ECPs.
• Familiarity with aircraft wiring standards and MIL-SPEC connectors.
• Proficiency with measurement/testing equipment for avionics systems.
• Must be able to obtain DoD Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform depot-level modifications and system integrations on military aircraft platforms.
• Troubleshoot and maintain avionics infrastructure including comms, navigation, flight control, radar, and EW systems.
• Conduct wiring operations and harness build-ups perTechnical Data.
• Isolate malfunctions and perform component- or system-level replacements.
• Document all maintenance actions per regulations and programs.
