Job summary

Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation in Mesa, AZ is seeking an Avionics Electrical Tech Lead to plan, coordinate and supervise electrical/avionics activities on large and mid-size aircraft. You will manage work orders, monitor progress, and ensure alignment with maintenance schedules and regulatory procedures.

The role requires extensive hands-on experience with avionics/electrical systems, a high school diploma or GED, FAA A&P or repairman cert, and proven leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years on large/mid-size aircraft; 8 years avionics/electrical career.
• FAA A&P license or repairman certificate within 30 days.
• FCC license or NCATT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and complete tasks to meet the master schedule with daily status updates.
• Coordinate Electrical and Avionics activities to meet schedules and deadlines.
• Supervise technicians with guidance on troubleshooting and procedures.
• Maintain preventive maintenance and records; enforce safety policies.
