STV is seeking an experienced Civil Area Construction Manager - Aviation to join our national aviation team in the Dallas, TX area. The Senior Program/Project Manager’s objective is to build and maintain a positive client relationship and to achieve or exceed the estimated profit margin for projects.

Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional activities, managing scope, schedule, cost, and resource requirements, and ensuring compliance with federal/state requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate cross-functional activities for project delivery (deliverables, schedule, budget).
• Manage development of proposals, initiation, execution/control and closeout; oversee budgets, change orders, invoicing.
• Plan complete project execution and develop project manuals.
• Schedule manpower against budget, monitor scope, cost, cash flow, quality, communications, and procurement.
• Liaise with contractor/ client, inform stakeholders of progress, start date and budget status.
• Monitor project from initiation to delivery, lead regular progress meetings and ensure compliance with terms.
• Select, supervise and develop personnel to ensure efficient operation.
• Submit documents to authorities for permits and review code compliance.
