Job summary

STV is seeking a Construction Manager - Aviation to join our PM/CM team in Austin, TX. You will act as the primary liaison to the airport owner, directing project scope, budgets, and schedules to meet objectives.

Responsibilities include developing RFPs, guiding procurement, coordinating design and construction, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while complying with contract terms and airport policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of construction management experience on large projects.
• Experience with airport projects and multimillion-dollar budgets.
• Strong written and oral communication and knowledge of industry practices.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage construction projects as the PM/CM liaison.
• Develop scope and manage project scope to meet goals.
• Develop RFPs and oversee procurement for designers and contractors.
• Ensure on-schedule completion within or below budget per contract.
• Oversee design and construction processes, coordination with Design Manager and DRT.
• Lead budgeting, schedules, and plan for project elements.
• Ensure compliance with airport policies and contractual obligations.
