STV Construction Incorporated in Philadelphia, PA, seeks a Senior Construction Manager - Aviation to join our PM/CM team onsite. You will serve as the primary liaison with airport owners, directing the project and ensuring on-schedule completion within budget.

The role requires extensive airport project experience, knowledge of multiple delivery methods, and strong communication skills to manage design, procurement, and field operations across stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years experience, preferably on airport projects.
• Experience with projects over $50 million in value.
• Experience with Design-Bid-Build, Design+CMAR and Design/Build.
• Excellent written and oral communication; thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations.

Aufgaben

• Direct and manage the project as primary liaison with airport/owner.
• Develop scope and manage to meet goals and objectives.
• Oversee procurement for designers and contractors; develop RFPs.
• Ensure on-schedule completion within or below budget per contract obligations.
• Manage design process, RFI responses, shop drawing reviews and testing/commissioning.
