STV Incorporated is seeking a seasoned Construction Manager - Aviation to lead complex airport projects in Austin, TX. You will act as the owner liaison, shape project scope, oversee procurement, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate with design and construction teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• 15 years or more experience in airport projects.
• Experience with projects valued over $50 million.
• Experience with Design-Bid-Build, Design+CMAR and Design/Build delivery methods.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison and airport/owner representative for project execution.
• Develop scope and oversee procurement of designers and contractors.
• Ensure on-schedule completion within budget and contractual obligations.
• Develop budgets and schedules with airport management and team.
