STV is seeking a Construction Manager - Aviation to join our PM/CM team in Austin, TX. You will direct and manage airport projects, developing scope, budgets, and schedules while coordinating with owners and stakeholders to meet contract obligations.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive airport project background, and a track record of delivering projects over $50 million. A CM/PM career path with design coordination is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience on airport projects.
• Experience with projects >$50M in value.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as PM/CM liaison and airport/owner representative.
• Develop scope and manage project to meet goals and budget.
• Oversee procurement for designers and contractors and ensure on-schedule completion.
