Job summary

STV Incorporated is seeking a Construction Manager - Aviation to join our PM/CM team in Austin, TX. You will serve as the primary liaison with the airport/owner, directing scope development, procurement, and execution to meet project goals and budgets.

You will oversee design and construction management, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery of a $50M+ aviation project in a fast-paced environment. On-site leadership and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of airport project experience.
• Experience on projects over $50 million in value.
• Experience with Design-Bid-Build, Design+CMAR and Design/Build delivery methods.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary liaison and airport/owner representative directing and managing the project.
• Develop scope and manage for project goals and objectives.
• Oversee procurement for designers and contractors and ensure on-schedule completion within budget.
• Define program goals, owner objectives, and contract terms; coordinate with airport policies.
• Lead budgeting, scheduling, and planning with team and airport management.
• Supervise and coordinate the Design Manager and DRT through all design phases and construction.
