Job summary

Invenergy LLC seeks a seasoned OT data specialist to own and optimize the AVEVA PI System across enterprise data pipelines. You will configure data collection from SCADA, DCS, RTUs, and PLCs, administer PI Data Archive, AF, and PI Vision, and lead efforts to improve PI System reliability and integration with IT infrastructure.

You will design scalable workarounds for system limitations, develop automation in Python/PowerShell/.NET, and mentor junior engineers while coordinating with project

Qualifications

• Five+ years administering enterprise-scale AVEVA PI environments (Data Archives, PI Collectives, AF, Interfaces, Connectors, AVEVA Connect, PI Web API, PI Vision).
• Understanding of TCP/IP networking concepts and troubleshooting communications.
• Proficiency with programming and scripting languages such as .NET, PowerShell, and Python.

Responsibilities

• Act as subject matter expert for OT systems, focusing on AVEVA PI System and data integrations.
• Configure and maintain data collection into the AVEVA PI System from OT platforms (SCADA, DCS, RTUs, PLCs).
• Investigate, evaluate, and integrate complex OT systems with the PI System.
