Job summary

Invenergy is seeking an experienced AVEVA PI Administrator to act as the subject matter expert for OT systems and the PI System. The role focuses on configuring data collection from OT platforms, maintaining PI components, and leading architecture improvements to ensure data reliability.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in AVEVA PI environments and proficiency in .NET, PowerShell, and Python. The position emphasizes collaboration with IT and Operations Engineering to support control center data

Qualifications

Five or more years administering enterprise-scale AVEVA PI environments including Data Archives, PI Collectives, AF, Interfaces, Connectors, AVEVA Connect, PI Web API, and PI Vision.
Understanding of TCP/IP networking concepts and troubleshooting communication issues.
Proficiency with programming and scripting languages such as .NET, PowerShell, and Python

Responsibilities

Act as the subject matter expert for OT systems, focusing on AVEVA PI System and data integrations.
Configure and maintain data collection into the AVEVA PI System from OT platforms (SCADA, DCS, RTUs, PLCs).
Investigate, evaluate, and integrate complex OT systems with the PI System.
