Job summary

Invenergy is seeking an experienced AVEVA PI System specialist to act as SME for OT data integrations and to maintain data collection from multiple OT sources. You will administer PI System components and lead efforts to improve architecture and reliability.

The role requires deep PI experience, strong scripting in .NET, PowerShell, and Python, and collaboration with IT and operations to implement upgrades and maintenance. This on-site position offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Five or more years administering enterprise-scale AVEVA PI environments including Data Archives, PI Collectives, AF, Interfaces, Connectors, AVEVA Connect, PI Web API, and PI Vision.
• Understanding of TCP/IP networking concepts, including troubleshooting communication issues.
• Proficiency with programming and scripting languages such as .NET, PowerShell, and Python.

Responsibilities

• Act as the SME for OT systems with a focus on AVEVA PI System and data integrations.
• Configure and maintain data collection into the AVEVA PI System from OT platforms including SCADA, DCS, RTUs, PLCs, and other data sources.
• Investigate, evaluate, and integrate complex OT systems with AVEVA PI System.
