Responsibilities

• Provide on-site AV/VTC support for meetings, conferences, and events.
• Produce and support video conferencing and online events using cloud services.
• Document trouble tickets and resolve AV/VTC issues across HQ and field offices.
• Serve as single point of contact for AV/VTC service calls and reporting.
