EOS IT Solutions is seeking an AV Technician II to provide Level-2 support for video conferencing hardware and room systems in our California/San Francisco area clients. You will perform break/fix, monitor alerts, and assist with event productions, installs, and asset management.

The role emphasizes strong client communication, hands-on technical skills with Cisco/Crestron/Extron/Shure/Clearone equipment, and the ability to work independently or with a team at client sites.
