Job summary

EOS IT Solutions is seeking an AV Technician II to support Tier 2 video conferencing systems on-site. You will handle in-room AV/VC issues, monitor health of endpoints, and escalate complex cases while ensuring smooth events and ongoing client satisfaction.

Applicants should have hands-on experience with Cisco, Crestron, Extron and related hardware, with strong communication skills to de-escalate issues and collaborate with Tier 1 and event teams. Travel to multiple sites may be required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary on-site technician to resolve most room issues.
• Monitor and address VC room alerts and hardware health.
• Escalate Tier 2 issues when not resolvable at Tier 1.
• Support events including hybrid and virtual conferences (Zoom).
• Assist with new builds, asset management, and testing.
• Provide end-user support and maintain SLA performance.
