EOS IT Solutions is hiring an AV Technician to support Tier 2 video conferencing equipment and ensure reliable in-room VC performance for executive spaces and events. You will troubleshoot hardware failures, configurations, and network-related issues while maintaining 99% uptime.

The role requires hands-on skills with Cisco, Crestron, Extron, and other AV gear, with strong customer service and teamwork to deliver seamless virtual and hybrid experiences.

Responsabilités

• Provide Tier 2 video conferencing support for on-site VC rooms and events.
• Monitor and resolve VC room alerts and hardware status to maintain high uptime.
• Support new builds, asset management, commissioning, and testing of VC equipment.
