Job summary

EOS IT Solutions is seeking an AV Technician II to support Tier 2 video conferencing systems on site. You will troubleshoot in-room AV/VC equipment, respond to alerts, and perform break/fix tasks to maintain near-constant uptime for executive spaces.

You will coordinate with Tier 1, assist with new builds and events, manage inventory, and provide white-glove support for C-suite users. Strong knowledge of Cisco, Crestron, Extron, Shure, and related hardware is essential.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco, Crestron, Extron, Shure, ClearOne and related AV/VC hardware.
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Able to work in a team and lift heavy objects as needed.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to client culture.
• Experience with on-site AV/VC support and event support.

Responsibilities

• On-site Tier 2 support for VC rooms and events.
• Monitor VC alerts and resolve issues to maintain uptime.
• Escalate to Tier 1 when needed and coordinate with teams.
• Assist with new builds, asset management, commissioning and testing.
• Provide white-glove VC support for C-suite and high-profile events.
• Track inventory and maintain accurate task data.
