EOS IT Solutions is seeking an AV Technician II to deliver Tier 2 technical support for video conferencing equipment. The role focuses on resolving in-room AV/VC issues, maintaining high uptime, and supporting on-site client events in a fast-paced environment.

The technician will monitor alerts, perform maintenance, assist Tier 1, and help with new builds and asset management. Strong customer service and physical ability to handle gear are required.

Qualificações

• Experience with Cisco, Crestron, Extron, Shure and ClearOne AV/VC hardware.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Willingness to lift and move equipment as part of on-site maintenance.

Responsabilidades

• On-site Tier 2 support for VC/AV equipment and in-room technology issues.
• Monitor VC room alerts and resolve issues to maintain uptime (99%).
• Escalate complex problems to Tier 1 when needed and assist with event support (Zoom).
• Assist with new builds, design support, asset management, commissioning, and testing as needed.
• Provide break-fix and maintenance tasks; keep accurate task tagging and data entry.
